A habit I picked up a long time ago was to watch the world’s earthquake activity, and I have noticed a recent upswing in the activity around Yellow Stone Park. Today I read a story about that the so called experts are calling for a volcano to possibly erupt in that area. It is one of the largest volcano’s in the world and has not erupted in about 40,000 years and is way over due. I watched the Mt St Helen’s eruption in the 1980’s and that was enough for me. If I never have to witness another volcano erupting it would be fine with me.

  1. Volcanoes scare me. Earthquakes, not so much. With earthquakes there is not warning at all – it just happens. Volcanoes you can see and hear and know something really bad is about to happen. I hate that thought.
